Privacy Policy
KEYCAP is a small neighborhood PC gaming lounge, and we treat your details the way we treat a booked seat: we hold only what we need, and we do not pass it around the room. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and why.
what we collect
When you fill in the booking form we receive the name, email address, date, chosen zone and session length you type. When you email or call us, we hold whatever you choose to send. We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers or any sensitive detail through this site.
why we hold it
Your booking details let us map a seat, hold it for the right stretch of time, and reach you if a plan changes. Contact messages are kept so we can answer you. That is the whole purpose — there is no advertising profile behind it.
the cookie notice
This site sets one small cookie, and only after you press Accept on the banner. It records that single choice so the notice does not reappear on every visit. It stores no name, no email and nothing that tracks you across other websites. If you press Decline, we still note your choice so we can respect it. You can clear this cookie any time from your browser settings.
fonts and hosting
Our display and body typefaces load from a public font service, which means your browser requests those files directly. Beyond that font request, this page makes no third-party calls, runs no analytics scripts and embeds no trackers.
your choices
You may ask us what booking or contact details we still hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Reach out using the email or phone number in the footer and we will sort it promptly. If you would rather not share anything, you are always welcome to book a key in person at the counter instead.
